Trading terms

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Quotations, proforma invoices and settlement are all in USD unless we have agreed otherwise in writing before the proforma is issued. If you pay in another currency through Wise or a bank conversion, we release goods against the USD amount actually received.

100% T/T (bank transfer) in advance. Goods dispatch after funds are received. There is no credit account, no deposit-and-balance split and no payment on delivery. PayPal invoice and Wise are available as alternatives; where a processing fee applies it is shown as a separate line on the invoice, never buried in the unit price. Bank details are issued with your proforma invoice — we never send changed bank details by email, and if you receive one, call us before paying.

Goods are delivered to your nominated freight forwarder or warehouse in Hong Kong, and local Hong Kong delivery is included in the quoted prices. That handover is where our responsibility ends and yours begins. Onward international freight, insurance, import duty, taxes and customs clearance at destination are arranged and paid by the buyer, with your forwarder, under whatever incoterm you agree with them. We do not act as exporter or importer of record on your behalf.

There is no minimum order quantity per item. Models, flavours and brands are freely mixable in one order. Wholesale list prices apply to orders of US$1,000 and above. Volume and project pricing is available on request — tell us the monthly or annual quantity you are working towards and we will price against it rather than discount a small order.

All goods are 100% genuine and sourced through official Hong Kong retail channels. Purchase invoices are available for buyer verification and for marketplace documentation requirements. A commercial invoice and packing list are issued with every shipment. If your customs or your marketplace need something specific to appear on those documents, tell us before we issue them. Prices are valid 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to stock availability. We buy on the Hong Kong retail market, so prices move; a quote older than 30 days should be re-confirmed before you plan around it. Stock is confirmed on the proforma invoice, not at the moment you build the order.

These notes apply to every quotation and proforma invoice we issue.

Wholesale prices, the quick order desk and payment terms are visible to approved trade accounts only, and we do not publish a public price list. Accounts are opened after review. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your account email address, so there is no password to manage. Retail prices shown elsewhere on this site are not wholesale prices.
