How a wholesale order runs
Five steps, no sales call required to start.
Apply
Send your company details, your country and the lines you actually move. We are checking that you are a trading business and which brands we can supply into your market — not how big your first order is. Trade accounts are for retailers, distributors, marketplace sellers, pharmacies and buying offices.
Approval
A person reviews the application. Once approved you get an email invitation; you sign in with a one-time code, so there is no password to keep.
Build the order
Work straight from the price book, or build a list in the quick order desk. Models, flavours and brands mix freely in one order and there is no minimum per item. List prices apply to orders of US$1,000 and above.
Proforma and payment
We issue a proforma invoice in USD against your list. Payment is 100% T/T in advance and goods dispatch after funds are received. There is no credit account and no payment on delivery.
Handover
We deliver to your nominated freight forwarder or warehouse in Hong Kong, with local Hong Kong delivery included in the price. From there the shipment moves on your account, to anywhere you sell.
What we stock
Genuine branded stock bought through official Hong Kong retail channels. Availability moves with the Hong Kong retail market and is confirmed line by line at quotation. If a line is not listed here, ask.
Not listed? Ask. We quote lines we can source cleanly through Hong Kong retail channels, with invoices. Every quote is confirmed against stock on the day it is issued.
