For first-time use, how many days in a row? And how often for maintenance after that?
Ten days in a row gives a clear result. For maintenance I would leave at most one day in between. thanks
thanks
Please tell me the normal instructions for use, thanks
Please see the pictures. thanks

Nothing happens when I hold the button and the blue light does not come on, but the button shows a green light while charging. Can it be repaired?
The LED device switches itself off 30 minutes after it is turned on. If the battery is low, you will hear three beeps when you hold the power button for 3 seconds. While charging the light flashes. When fully charged the light stays on. Hope this helps. If it still does not work, we can arrange a return and replacement. Thank you
Where is this LED device made?

Can I charge it with a 5.1V–2.1A adapter?

After finishing a 10–15 day course, how long before using it again? Or can it be used every day, all year round?
I drink coffee and milk tea every day, so my teeth yellow and stain easily. I think one full course a month is enough. Using it every day of course gives the best result. If your teeth are sensitive, remember to use the silver remineralization pen to protect them. thanks
thanks
So many people posting their own photos… real users?

hello KK tam, i am sorry. miss your message. You can charge it with any standard USB-C charger. If you use more than 5V (for example 9V or 12V) the battery will be damaged. A computer USB port or a power bank is fine. The LED device switches itself off 30 minutes after it is turned on. If the battery is low, you will hear three beeps when you hold the power button for 3 seconds. While charging the light flashes. When fully charged the light stays on. Hope this helps. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. thanks so much.
hello KK tam, i am sorry。 miss your message. thanks so much.

hello Annie, you bought the Super Sparkle Booster, so 20-30 minutes per session is enough. The LED device switches itself off 30 minutes after it is turned on. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. thanks so much.
thanks so much.
How many minutes per session, and does no flashing light mean it is fully charged? Thanks 😊

How do I charge it? It just arrived and I tried it, but no charging light flashes (others say there is a light when charging?)

Is one course 10 days in a row? After finishing a course, how long before the next one?
One session a day. A 10-day consecutive course whitens more noticeably than spreading the days out. It depends how white you want to go. thanks
thanks
Can children use it?
I would say no. thanks
thanks
What is the difference between this and the UK-made gli gli in your shop? Which is better?
Super Sparkle Booster is made in the USA and is the fast-whitening version. Sparkle Booster is made in the UK and is the sensitive-teeth version. We suggest the fast-whitening version (Super Sparkle Booster). If you are not sure whether your teeth are sensitive, the kit includes a silver anti-sensitivity pen; use it after the course for noticeable whitening plus sensitivity protection. thanks
thanks
After 20 minutes the LED device has not switched off by itself. Should I turn it off, or wait for it to switch off? Thanks!
The LED device switches itself off after 30 minutes. If your course is 20 minutes, time 20 minutes yourself and then hold the round button; two beeps means it is off. See the pictures. Hope this helps. thanks
thanks
Can it be used on sensitive teeth? Thank you!
Yes, it can be used on sensitive teeth. The kit includes a silver anti-sensitivity pen; remember to use it. Usage tips attached. Hope this helps. thanks

Hello Nelson, I am sorry. There is no repair centre in Hong Kong, but I can replace it with a new kit. Please contact HKTVmall customer service. Here are some care tips as well; hope they help. Hi, how long does the LED device take to fully charge? The green light keeps flashing… and it switches off after 3–5 minutes of use

Can the curve of the mouth tray be adjusted?
hello~ The LED device's tray cannot be adjusted. If you have a custom-moulded tray you can use this gel with it directly: about 0.3–0.5cc for the upper teeth and 0.3–0.5cc for the lower, worn for 20 minutes, so the whitening follows the shape of your teeth. Clinical results show it works better together with the LED device. If your teeth feel sensitive after whitening, use the silver anti-sensitivity pen for 5–10 minutes afterwards to protect the enamel. thanks
thanks
