Why Hong Kong
Hong Kong has been a re-trading hub for US consumer brands for decades. It's a free port with no tariff on the import or export of general goods [5], and a retail market deep enough that genuine US brands sit on shelves here in volume. We buy Crest 3D Whitestrips through that retail channel, the same channel a consumer buys from, not from a broker and not from P&G directly. The stock we sell has a paper trail back to a retail purchase, and we keep purchase invoices on file so a buyer can check them before or after paying.
Crest 3D Whitestrips are a Procter & Gamble brand. The FDA drug-facts filing for the Crest 3D White Whitestrips line names The Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, as the manufacturer of record [1]. We are not affiliated with P&G beyond buying and reselling their genuine retail product. More on what we do and don't claim below.
The 8 things a serious buyer asks before a first order
| Question | Our answer |
|---|---|
| Minimum order | List prices start from US$1,000 per order. Below that, the paperwork isn't worth it for either side. |
| Payment | 100% T/T in advance, in USD, before goods are released. No credit terms and no partial payment on a first order. |
| Handover | Your own forwarder collects ex Hong Kong. We don't arrange freight, insurance, or customs clearance on your behalf. |
| Expiry / date codes | Every carton carries a printed expiry date. We state the remaining shelf life on the quote itself, so you know exactly what you're buying before you commit. We don't quote a fixed number here because it depends on which batch we're holding. |
| Lot / batch consistency | We tell you upfront whether an order ships as one batch or mixed batches, and the batch codes go on the packing list. |
| Packaging condition | Retail-ready, original P&G retail packaging, not reworked or repackaged. |
| Invoice verification | We provide our purchase invoice for the stock on request, so you can confirm it came through a retail channel. |
| What we will not do | We don't release a price list before your trade account is approved, and we don't claim to be an authorized distributor or official P&G partner. We're a trader that sources and resells genuine retail-channel stock. |
On expiry: Crest's own FAQ states that Whitestrips past their printed expiration date are still safe to use, but the company doesn't recommend it because the whitening ingredient loses efficacy over time [2]. That's P&G's position, not ours. It's why we disclose remaining shelf life on every quote rather than leaving it for you to find out at the point of resale.
How a trade order works, step by step
- Apply. Submit a trade account application with your company details.
- Approval. We review and confirm, usually within one business day.
- Price book. On approval, we release our current price book by SKU, including the Crest 3D Whitestrips range.
- Quote. You request a quote; we return it within 24 hours, valid for 30 days from issue.
- Proforma invoice (PI). Issued once you confirm quantity.
- T/T. You pay 100% by telegraphic transfer, in USD, against the PI.
- Goods ready. We confirm cleared funds and prepare the order for collection.
- Forwarder pickup. Your forwarder collects in Hong Kong. We hand off at that point, and onward freight is yours to manage.
- Documents. Commercial invoice, packing list, and, on request, our purchase invoice for the stock.
What to have ready before you apply
- Company registration documents. We need to know who we're trading with before we open an account.
- A forwarder already contactable in Hong Kong. We don't manage freight, so this needs to be sorted on your side first.
- Any import license or product registration your market requires. You are the importer of record for your shipment. Compliance with your market's rules on licensing, labeling and registration is your responsibility, not ours.
That last point is worth spelling out for this specific product. In the EU and UK, cosmetic products containing more than 0.1% hydrogen peroxide (present or released) cannot be sold to consumers; between 0.1% and 6% they can only be sold to dental practitioners, and above 6% they cannot be sold as a cosmetic at all [3][4]. If you plan to resell whitening strips into a market with a rule like this, check where the SKU you're buying sits against that threshold before you list it. We can tell you what we know about the product. We don't advise on how to work around a rule in your market, and we don't represent that our stock is cleared for consumer resale wherever you're based. That determination is yours to make, with your own regulatory counsel if needed.
Who this is for
Resellers and marketplace sellers restocking teeth-whitening SKUs, and pharmacies or clinics buying retail stock for their own shelves. It's not for individual consumers: our minimum order and 100% T/T-in-advance terms only make sense at trade volume, and the wholesale desk doesn't split cases. Single units are sold at retail prices on this site, not through the trade desk.
